Soul Trails Tas are experience guides and hosts. We take your safety seriously! In order to provide an environment that is safe for both you and others, we enter into an agreement with you that:
- You will declare any medical condition you have or medication you are on. What may seem small in a controlled environment can lead to an emergency situation is the bush.
- You will listen to the guides instructions at all times even if you think differently the guide has a lot of experience in the area and is taking into consideration much more than just one individual's needs.
- You will respect the space is a prejudice free zone, political & religious neutral zone. We will not tolerate any emotional, physical or psychological abuse.
Refund policy
- Full refund will be given if requested withing 21 days of tour date
- 50% refund will be given if requested within 7 days of tour date
- If under 7 days notice is given, up until the date of the tour, the guest will be offered a gift voucher to use on another tour date, but no refund will be given. If cancellation is due to injury the guest will be offered access to the luxury accommodation with self directed activities provided and care by the accommodation host.
Extreme Weather
- In the event of extreme weather conditions the walk will not be cancelled, but an alternative itinerary will be offered.
